About Us
Building in Southern California for over 12 years has gained us a reputation for integrity and commitment to excellence. Our team is invested in every aspect of the process in building our projects, and our standard is to deliver quality work and professional service. We focus on the unique remodeling needs of Orange County, San Diego County and La County homes and businesses, providing services for general contracting projects, design/build projects and real estate consultation. Our projects include residential new construction, whole house remodels, old house renovations, period home historic restorations, home additions, new and updated kitchens and bathrooms, garage and master suite additions, structural and seismic retrofit projects, and general needs of home and small commercial improvements. We also work on projects for multi-family unit buildings, including soft story earthquake retrofits. We have a plethora of information regarding Building Codes, which enables us to provide value during the design and permit planning phases of remodels and new construction.

Farhood Farsad Project Manager/Partner
Farhood began his professional career as a project engineer in the 2000 after graduating from university. 15 years ago, Farhood made a deliberate shift back to the more tangible world of houses and apartment homes in southern California & abroad. for him, almost nothing is more satisfying than helping his clients increase their real property values while dramatically improving their quality of life. He and Frank shared a vision of creating a high quality and service-oriented design/build team in Southern California and from there CANDU BUILDERS was born. Farhood enjoys outdoor activities with his family.
Frank Farsad President
Frank started his work as a financial manager in 2008 for major financial institutions, helping few drugs discovery companies and many medical doctors to build their business and bring their advanced technology into the globe. His restoration taste and his knowledge as owner builder has generated confidence to start CANDU BUILDERS with his brother. Frank monitors all financial obligations for all projects, such as contracts, subcontracts, payrolls, systems, and software and supervises agreements between CANDU BUILDERS, subcontractors, vendors, and customers before a task begins. He fulfills his duties by handling all health insurance benefits to 401K plans to ensure that CANDU BUILDERS is operated correctly. Frank may be spotted at the root of his favorite soccer teams when he doesn't balance a budget.
